What is your cancellation policy?
Crest Clean schedules the cleaning crews in advance, thus a last-minute cancellation and lockouts affect our employees’ livelihood. A last-minute cancellation fee will be applied to cover their lost time and wages as they depend on this income to support their families. Recurring services are priced at a discount rate based on your chosen frequency.

Do you provide appointment notifications and what is your arrival window?
Crest Clean relies on technology to provide a smoother experience and communication with our clients. You will receive a reminder email two days prior and a text reminder one day prior to your scheduled appointment. You may respond to the email, however, the automated text message is only one way. To ensure quality of service for each valued Client, CrestClean cannot specify exact arrival times. Please, allow our team a one-hour arrival window from the time of your scheduled cleaning appointment.

How do I provide access to my home?
You have a couple of options for providing CrestClean access to your home. You may leave a key to your residence with our manager. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system, please give access instructions to your CrestClean office. You may meet the service provider at your residence. Please, refer to the above Cancellation Policy for details. If neither of the above is possible, please make alternate arrangements with the CrestClean manager.

How do you handle payments?
Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning service. Crest Clean accepts MasterCard, Visa, cash, or check. Due to the increased expenses over time, Crest Clean reserves the right to raise prices at anytime, and clients will be given advanced notice of a price increase.
